Executive Offices:
1100 Route 55, Suite 301
LaGrangeville, NY 12540

Steven Domber has been the principal broker of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Hudson Valley Properties/Millbrook Real Estate, formally Prudential Serls Prime Properties, since 1980. Since that time, he has orchestrated the company's growth from one office and three salespeople to its current size of eight offices and 250 sales associates.

Steven's passion for the business and ability to create a culture to attract the area's top salespeople have enabled Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Hudson Valley Properties to maintain its leadership position among Mid-Hudson Valley real estate companies and boasts the top market share in the Mid-Hudson Multiple Listing Service for a record 26 consecutive years.

In addition to his knowledge of the residential resale and new home housing market, Steven has extensive experience in commercial and land development, as well as all aspects of the SEQR planning process. He has partnered with many local builders and developed scores of new communities representing over 1,500 homesites.

Steven is currently serving his second term as president of the Dutchess County Association of REALTORS®. He is a member of the Board of Directors of the Dutchess County Economic Development Corporation; past president of the Mid-Hudson Multiple Listing Service where he currently serves on the Board, and is an active member of the Builders Association of the Hudson Valley.

Steven is also involved in community efforts, having founded The Treehouse Foundation of the Hudson Valley with his wife, Debbie, in 2008. Under their leadership, the company has raised over $875,000 for local children's charities and has generously supported The Sunshine Kids.

Steven and Debbie love living in the Hudson Valley. They have three children and a grandson, and enjoy snow skiing, scuba diving, biking, golfing and traveling.
